HUDSON RIVER HERITAGE FOUNDERS’ SCHOLARSHIP FUND DEADLINE EXTENDED UNTIL MAY 1, 2015

HRH LogoThe first annual Hudson River Heritage Founders’ Scholarship Fund in the amount of $1,000 will be awarded to an eligible student who shows an interest in the study of history and/or related fields of architectural examination and preservation. Applicants must be college-bound high school seniors from the Landmark District’s component school districts Hyde Park, Rhinebeck, Red Hook, and Germantown, who have shown an interest in the history of the area and have demonstrated this interest through participation in related activities. Membership for new and existing members will need to be renewed for the June 1st 2015 to May 31st 2016 period. Membership can be renewed online with directions on the first page of our website: www.hudsonriverheritage.org

We are currently looking for local volunteers to assist us in preparing mailings, and other light volunteer work in our Rhinebeck office. If you are interested in helping us out occasionally, please email us at office@hudsonriverheritaget.org get on our list.

Calling All Members
A member event is planned for Sunday afternoon, May 31st, for the general membership of Hudson River Heritage. One of our board members will be hosting the event at their home. Further information, and invitations, will be sent out soon.

MEMORIAL DONATIONS
We are pleased to receive memorial donations in memory of individuals who supported the work of our organization. If you care to make such a memorial donation, please go to our website to the “Make a Donation” section. In the “notes” portion please state your intention and let us know who you would like the acknowledgment to be sent to informing them of your contribution.
