Hudson River Heritage Announces Two New Members of Our Board of Directors

Hudson River Heritage is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Frost of Red Hook, NY and Kathryn Whitman of Staatsburg, NY to our Board of Directors. We welcome them to HRH and look forward to working with them.

Stephen Frost

Stephen’s career was in marketing and media research for publications including Martha Stewart Living and House & Garden magazines. He was a founding board member of The Momentum Project, a NYC non-profit that provides food, clothing and counseling to people with AIDS. He is currently the President of the Friends of Starr Library and a member of the vestry of the Church of the Messiah in Rhinebeck. Stephen has been a long time member and docent for Hudson River Heritage and resides in a 200+ year-old house in Red Hook.

Kathryn Whitman

Kathryn is a registered LEED certified architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). She has a passion for historic buildings and a background in preservation. She owns and operates Quatrefoil Inc., a residential construction firm, with her husband Mike Whitman, and is principal of Kathryn Whitman Architecture, PLLC. Kathryn currently serves as Vice President of Friends of Mills at Staatsburgh.
