Each fall, based on our mission of preserving the unique character of the Mid-Hudson Valley’s architecture, rural landscapes and scenic views through education and community involvement, Hudson River Heritage hosts a Country Seats Tour. This annual event provides an opportunity to tour significant and often times seldom seen houses and properties in our unique Hudson River National Historic District. Past tours have featured large estates and small cottages, churches and barns, Dutch stone houses and working farms. This year we are excited to explore outside our district by hosting a tour in Greene County with a focus in Athens and Catskill.
Please mark your calendars for Saturday, October 12, and visit our website at hudsonriverheritage.orgthis summer for updated information and featured houses.
