Regina Armstrong Joins Hudson River Heritage Board
Hudson River Heritage is pleased to announce the appointment of Regina Armstrong to our board of directors. Regina is currently a Consultant to Urbanomics, an urban economics and planning firm affiliated with Perkins Eastman Architects that she founded after having served as Vice President of Regional Plan Association in New York. She has authored several books as well as numerous policy reports and plans for state and local governments, and has participated in technical assistance programs abroad. Historic restoration is a very special interest of hers. She was previously a Vice President of the Friends of Mills Mansion and resides in a 200 year old house under restoration in the federal district.
